Zscaler Cloud Firewall is a next-generation cloud-delivered firewall service built directly into the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange, engineered to inspect, control, and protect all outbound non-web and web traffic from enterprise users, branch offices, and remote workloads. By moving firewall processing into the cloud, it eliminates the need for expensive physical hardware appliances, providing elastic scaling, unified policy administration, and full deep packet inspection across all ports and protocols.

The platform provides complete traffic inspection across distributed branch locations, home offices, and corporate headquarters by terminating traffic at the nearest Zscaler cloud point of presence. It integrates natively with enterprise identity providers, SD-WAN edge solutions, and central SIEM/SOAR platforms to deliver identity-based firewall rules and real-time security analytics.
