Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit or use cyberrank.co (the "Site"), operated by Cyber Rank ("Cyber Rank", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

Cyber Rank is an online directory of cybersecurity vendors and products. It lets buyers browse company and product profiles, read our rankings and contact companies or us.

Cyber Rank is an information service. We are not a reseller or an agent of any vendor, and we do not sell cybersecurity products. Any agreement you make with a vendor is between you and that vendor.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• send spam, false or misleading information, or messages on behalf of someone who has not agreed;
• pretend to be another person or company, including when asking to list or claim a profile;
• copy the Site's content in bulk (for example by scraping) or resell it without our written permission;
• interfere with the Site or its security, or try to get access to parts you are not allowed to use;
• upload or send anything unlawful, harmful or that breaks someone else's rights.

We may limit or block access if these rules are broken.

Our rankings are the opinion of the Cyber Rank editorial team. They are not market-share figures, customer reviews or test results, and they are not a guarantee that a product suits your needs. Each ranking explains how it is put together.

Company and product details come from the companies themselves and from public sources. We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise they are complete or current. Check important details, such as features, compliance certifications and pricing, directly with the vendor before you decide.

If you ask us to list a company or send us profile details, you confirm that:

• you are allowed to act for that company;
• the information is accurate and not misleading; and
• you give Cyber Rank permission to publish and display it (including names, descriptions, logos and links) on the Site and in search results.

We review requests and may edit, decline, change or remove any listing at our discretion. You can ask us to update or remove a listing at any time by emailing info@cyberrank.co.

A company representative can ask to claim a profile. We may ask for more information to confirm that you work at the company, and we decide whether to approve the request. Approval can be removed if the information turns out to be false or you no longer represent the company.

Sending a claim request does not give you control of a profile until we confirm it by email.

The Site's design, text, rankings and structure belong to Cyber Rank or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or business use, but you may not copy or reuse our content beyond that without written permission.

Company names, logos and trademarks on the Site belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. Their use does not mean the owner endorses Cyber Rank or that we endorse them.

The Site links to vendor websites and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their own terms.

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cyber Rank and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the Site or from relying on its content or on any vendor you find through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for the information you send us. If a claim is made against Cyber Rank because you broke these terms or sent information you had no right to share, you agree to cover our reasonable costs related to that claim.

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the Site after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the Site for anyone who breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Cyber Rank's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
