Zscaler Cloud Connector

Zscaler Cloud Connector is a cloud-native software appliance designed to automate and secure outbound connectivity from public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud directly to the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange. By replacing complex transit gateways, virtual network firewalls, and direct internet routing configurations, it ensures that all application-to-internet, application-to-SaaS, and application-to-application traffic is encrypted and inspected against enterprise security policies.

The solution deploys as a lightweight virtual machine or container cluster within customer virtual private clouds and virtual networks, leveraging cloud-native deployment automation like Terraform and CloudFormation. It integrates natively with Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access, as well as cloud-native routing services and enterprise SIEM platforms, to provide centralized traffic filtering and complete audit visibility.
