Acronis EDR

Acronis Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) is part of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. It continuously monitors endpoint security events, correlates them to spot malicious activity and suspicious behavior, and prioritizes incidents instead of listing every alert. Each incident comes with an AI-generated summary and a MITRE ATT&CK attack-chain view, and analysts can respond with a single click or in natural language through the Acronis Copilot assistant.

Because it runs on the same agent and console as Acronis backup and recovery, a compromised endpoint can be contained, investigated and rolled back from one place. Responders can quarantine and isolate endpoints, collect forensic data, search for indicators of compromise, and reimage a machine. EDR augments Microsoft Defender Antivirus rather than replacing it, and can be paired with Acronis MDR to outsource detection and response to a security operations team.

Acronis lists independent recognition for the platform, including an SE Labs AAA rating for EDR detection, AV-TEST Advanced Threat Protection certification and 100% coverage in the MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations.
