About ThreatLocker Endpoint Zero Trust
ThreatLocker Endpoint Zero Trust is a comprehensive suite of endpoint security controls designed to enforce default-deny policies across applications, network communications, storage devices, and administrative privileges. Anchored by ThreatLocker's core philosophy of granting zero implicit trust to any software or user, the suite combines Application Allowlisting, Ringfencing, Storage Control, Endpoint Firewall, and Elevation Control into a unified endpoint defense architecture. The Storage Control module governs external USB storage devices and network shares, allowing administrators to restrict access by file type, device serial number, or user role, completely blocking unauthorized data copying and malicious USB attacks. The ThreatLocker Endpoint Network Control module provides granular bi-directional firewall rules at the endpoint level, preventing unauthorized lateral movement, rogue inbound connections, and insecure protocol traffic across remote and corporate networks. With Elevation Control, organizations can revoke permanent local administrator rights, allowing employees to run specific approved applications with temporary elevated privileges without exposing the entire operating system to compromise. By uniting these granular zero-trust controls, ThreatLocker protects corporate endpoints against ransomware outbreaks, data exfiltration, and supply chain attacks while maintaining maximum administrative control and auditability.
